The Divine Circulatory Flow of the Cosmic Mother, Love/Fire. JPC.
The following is a list - incomplete but adequate for our purposes - of the major influences which find their
way from far distant Sources into our planetary life and produce definite effects upon individual man and humanity as a whole.
The constellation of the Great Bear.

Sirius, the Dog Star. EA. 14.
In Egypt, the Great Bear was the constellation...called the Mother of the Revolutions. S.D. Vol III. 195.
One of the old Egyptian legends, briefly repeated by Plutarch, may afford us a hint concerning this beginning
of the year with the annual revolution of the Great Mother in Ursa Major as the hippopotamus or crocodile. Ancient Egypt.

Khebt, the goddess of the Great Bear, was said to "preside over the birth of the Sun". AE. GM.
Horus, the Child or Me~su of the inundation, on his papyrus, was now brought forth by Hathor, with Sothis [Sirius]
as the Star of Annunciation. The birth took place in "Sothis", the birthday being determined by the heliacal rising of the
star, as well as by the Tail of Ursa Major [Great Bear]. AE. GM.
Khebt, or Apt, the Old First Mother, still presided, as great correlator over all, as if she were the midwife
or meskhenat in attendance at the birth when Hathor had become the mother. The goddess Hathor was termed the mistress of the
beginning of the year in relation to the rising of Sothis; and Hathor was a form of the hippopotamus-headed mother of the
beginnings in the Great Bear. AE. GM.
But before we have done with the Great Bear Constellation in the northern heaven we have to point out a primitive
symbol of her who was figured as the mother of beginnings by nature and by name. AE.

The Great Bear goddess was portrayed in this position as the "mother of the revolutions" and the maker of motion
in a circle. AE. GM.
Now Khebt, the Old First Mother in Egyptian mythology, was constellated in the Great Bear. AE. GM.
Lastly, the primordial star-cult of the Great Bear is also British. In the ancient Welsh mythology the Great
Mother Arth is the goddess of the Great Bear, and Arthur= Horus is her solar son who makes his celestial voyage with the seven

The dog-star Sothis was the later guide to the watchers of the heavens in Egypt. AE. GM.
The rebirth of the child in Sothis was the renewal of the year, Sothis being represented in the feminine character. AE. GM.
Here the visible birthplace of spirits perfected is localized in Sothis. AE. GM.
By means of this we can identify the birth of the babe who was born "from between the knees of Sothis" as Horus
of the inundation. AE. GM.
The walls and windows of the house on high have been emblazoned like all Italy with pictures of the Virgin Mother
and her child; the Virgin Mother in one character who conceived, and the Great Mother as bringer-forth in the character of

For example, a birthplace in the stellar mythos was in Sothis, the star that showed the birthplace of the babe.
Both child and mother met in Sothis as Hathor and her infant Horus. AE. GM.

"Sirius was called the 'dog Star'.
It was the star of Mercury, or Buddha, called the "Great Instructor of mankind." (S.D. Vol. II, 391)

the evolution of mind in the Seven Heavenly Men and Venus is responsible for the coming in of mind in the Earth chain." (C.F.

The Star of the Mother of the World is the planet Venus. (LHR I, p 376)
Venus is the Earth's alter ego and is closely related to the human kingdom. EA. 129.
Consequently, you have at the end of the age (I refer here to a greater round of the zodiac and to no shorter
cycle), the glorification of Venus, of Virgo, the Virgin, and of Mother Earth. EA. 130.
Venus is "the little sun in which the solar orb stores his lights." (S.D. Vol. II, 27)
The Lights of the Mother of the World resemble the pillars of the Aurora Borealis. 424. FWII.
Light comes through Venus who receives a triple supply and gives one-third to the Earth. Therefore the two are
called 'twin sisters.' The spirit of the Earth is subservient to Venus." (S.D.

Venus is negatively polarized and hence it became possible for a mysterious absorption by the Earth of Venusian
force...the karmic tie between the two planetary Logoi (one in a positive incarnation and the other in a negative) caused

As the play of the Great Mother gathers power in the spiral turns of the energy of Fohat, thus fearlessly offer
to people a complete — more complete than expected — understanding of the whole of life in the realization of
the Infinite. Do not be concerned with the rising and falling of the spirit. These are only turns in the spiral of motion.

Illumined by the radiance of the Mother of the World, our physical existence is seen to be but a grain of sand.
But the cumulation in the Chalice is like a radiant mountain! 640. AY.
It is impossible to determine the structure of spatial forces; great numbers of intercepted currents fill Infinity,
but not a single one of them will drop out of the web of the Mother of the World. The awakening of striving toward the higher
worlds transforms all life. Not everyone can understand how the transformation of all life is taking place. One can repeat
to oneself about continuity and weave each day a portion of the web. Bro. 149.
The Community, as Fellowship, can unprecedentedly accelerate the evolution of the planet and give new possibilities
of intercourse with the forces of matter. It must not be thought that community and the conquest of matter are found on different

Great is the play of the Mother of the World! She beckons to her children from far-distant fields: “Hasten,
children! I wish to teach you. I have keen eyes and alert ears ready for you. “Sit ye down upon My garment. Let us learn
to soar!” Crossroads.
The Star of the Mother of the World rose as a signal against your madness, when you determined to demean Her,
the Bearer of Spirit. Crossroads.
But the Blessed Mother arises at dawn in order to gather these scattered parts of the one Being. The Mother
of the World attracts the attention of nations and awaits the Star of the Morning. FWI. 401.
Mind has been symbolized by the sign of Fire. Fiery thinking is the descent of knowledge from the Fiery World.
Such a descent marked the great epochs, called the Days of the Mother of the World. Even in the history of Earth, one can
trace several such epochs. Will not the future bring such a Day of Light if people shall realize the uselessness of evil? FWI. 429.
We know the tread of the Mother of the World. We know the manifestation of the Mother of the World. We intensify
the complete flow of the Magnet to restore the doctrine of the Heart. I designate the Tara as the symbol of the assertion
of Our Decree. 2. Hierarchy.
The universal Eye of Shambhala brings Bliss to mankind. The universal Eye of Shambhala is a Light on the path
of mankind. The universal Eye of Shambhala is that star which has guided all seekers.
For some, Shambhala is the Truth. For others, Shambhala is a utopia. For some the Ruler of Shambhala is a venerable
sage. For others, the Ruler of Shambhala is the manifestation of riches. For some, the Ruler of Shambhala is a bedecked idol.
For others, the Ruler of Shambhala is the Ruler of all Planetary Spirits. But We shall say, The Ruler of Shambhala is the
fiery Impeller of Life and of the Fire of the Mother of the World. His Breath is ablaze with flame and His Heart is aglow
with the fire of the Silvery Lotus.
The Ruler of Shambhala lives and breathes in the Heart of the Sun. The Ruler of Shambhala is the Invoker and
the Invoked. The Ruler of Shambhala is the Sender of the Arrow and the Receiver of all arrows. The Ruler of Shambhala breathes
the Truth and affirms the Truth. The Ruler of Shambhala is invincible, turning destruction into construction. The Ruler of
Shambhala is the Crest of the Banner and the Summit of Life. Accept the Ruler of Shambhala as the manifestation of life; thrice
I say of life! For Shambhala is the guaranty of human aspirations. Our manifestation is guaranty of the perfecting of humanity.
Our manifestation is the affirmed path to the Infinite. 5. Hierarchy.
Maitreya wishes to hasten all. Maitreya wishes that all should be successfully accomplished. Maitreya wishes
you joy. Maitreya wishes to grant to humanity a gift through the fiery experience of Agni Yoga. Maitreya wishes to transform
life on Earth in the radiance of the Mother of the World. Yes, yes, yes! The beauty of life is limitless! 8. Hierarchy.
Vast is the field for the manifested approaching Tara. We, the Arhats, ascending to the Fire of Space, prostrate
Ourselves before the entire Fiery Bosom of the Mother of the World. The Bosom of the Mother of the World finds all reflections
upon Earth. 10. Hierarchy.
The Fire of Infinity and the radiation of the Star of the Mother of the World are sending to us the affirmation
of our being! Infinity. 2.
When an Atom approaches the blending and is consciously motivated, the Star
of the Mother of the World glows most vividly and the higher worlds are jubilant. Infinity I.
